Beginners Program

Welcome to the beginners 15 week training program for marathon running. If you complete this program you should be able to run your marathon in a time of between 5-6 hours. This program requires you to train at least once a day at a time that suits your lifestyle.

Welcome to your intermediate 15 week training program. If you complete this program you should be able to run your marathon in a time of between 4-5 hours. This program requires you to train at least once a day at a time that suits your lifestyle.
