This is the one area that a lot of athletes still neglect . Your core muscles are not only important in all sports but in your day to day lives. Your ability to walk, run, stand, sit and even roll over in bed are all activated by the core muscles in your body. A mixture of simple and complex exercises will either greatly improve your posture or go faster in your chosen sport.

Push / Pulls
A two exersice circiut that is designed to push you to your limit. Repeated 20 reps, this program is specific to ski and kayak paddlers but can be introduced into other sports as a speed / endurance exersice. The aim of the program is to continue the circuit for the same length of time it takes you to race in your event (e.g. K1 500m - 1minute 40 seconds).
