Paddle 2 Fitness® is a paddling specific coaching service to help paddlers become more efficient with their stroke and training regime. Paddle 2 Fitness is created by one of Australia's best ski/kayak paddlers and coaches Julian Norton-Smith who has linked with a number of of the best coaches in Australia to bring Paddle 2 Fitness to your area including Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Tasmania.
With the influx of paddlers joining events like ocean racing, surf ski racing, adventure racing and recreational paddling, paddlers are looking to gain any improvement they can. These improvements will come faster by being shown the correct paddling techniques and learn from qualified paddling coaches. The current Paddle 2 Fitness athletes have seen time gains of between 10 and 40 mins depending on their event.

One-off Technique Coaching ($150)
If you are looking to improve you technique and would like a one-off session which includes: technique correction, training program advice, video analysis and a written report with drills and exercises to help you improve then is this the program for you.

- Intermediate - Organised training session with efforts (Medium Level)
- Elite - Organised training session with efforts (Racing Level)
