Sports Training Online
Here at sports training online we have designed a range of personalised training programs for those athletes that would like more definition to their own individual training program. No matter what your training goals, our qualified coaches have personalised a range of training programs that allow you to simply get out of bed in the morning, check your training session for that day and train. All for around only $1 per day.
If you are a self motivated person or you and your training friends would like more guidance for an up and coming event, then sports training online is the solution for you! The team have developed training programs from 10 to 29 weeks, ranging from beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes. You simply choose the program that allows you to train once, twice or even three times a day depending on your specific goals.
In today’s health conscious world, whilst many of us would love to hire a personal trainer, they can cost anywhere from $60 to $100 per hour. For a similar amount, sports training online will provide a complete training program to enhance your competitive edge at the next surf life saving championships, a marathon run or a sporting event you are working towards.
There are many different training programs for you to choose from and over time we plan to develop additional programs for more and more sports.
